Munay Sonqo, Sacred Valley of Peru
Peru Retreat:
Journey to the Sacred Valley
Why Peru?
Peru holds a special place in my heart. Years ago, when my sister-in-law was living there, I had the chance to visit — and I more than enjoyed my time. I was completely captivated. In fact, I visited Machu Picchu not once, but three times in a single month. That’s how deeply it moved me.
There’s a magnetic pull to this land — the Sacred Valley, the people, the culture, the ancient wisdom woven into the mountains. It’s unlike anywhere else I’ve ever been. And now, I want you to experience it too.
This isn’t just a trip — it’s an invitation into something powerful, beautiful, and potentially life-changing.
Come with me. Let Peru show you what it showed me.
Join me for 8 transformational days in one of the most sacred and stunning places on Earth. From powerful yoga practices to soul-stirring visits to ancient Incan sites — this retreat is a blend of grounding, adventure, connection, and awe.
We’ll base ourselves at the serene Munay Sonqo retreat center in the lush Sacred Valley before heading to the legendary Machu Picchu for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. This retreat is for those craving depth, nature, and magic.
There’s something about Peru that speaks directly to the soul.
The Sacred Valley, nestled between mighty Andean peaks, is alive with energy — ancient, grounding, and deeply healing. It’s a place where you can hear silence speak, where nature feels like a wise teacher, and where something within you begins to soften, open, and remember.
This land holds a kind of magic that defies logic. You feel it in the morning light rising over the mountains. In the warmth of the people. In the scent of earth and eucalyptus. In the stillness of the ruins, where stone and spirit have lived together for centuries.
And then there’s Machu Picchu. No photo can prepare you. No story can fully describe it. To stand among those sacred stones, high above the clouds, is to stand in a living mystery — an echo of something ancient and yet completely timeless. It humbles you. It lifts you. It stays with you.
Peru isn’t just a place to visit.
It’s a place to be remembered by.
