My Approach

I teach to share what I know and what I believe truly works. Over the years, yoga has transformed the way I live, move, and relate to others. The physical practice is just the doorway—it leads us somewhere deeper when we’re ready to listen.

Yoga meets you exactly where you are, but it’s not a quick fix; it’s a practice of patience, dedication, and consistency.

About Me

We live fast lives, and yoga reminds us to slow down. This practice has been my teacher—guiding me to pay attention, to reconnect with my true self, and to meet life from a place of awareness rather than reaction. Yoga continues to humble me, helping me shed the layers of ego so I can see, listen, and return to the world more centered and whole.

Athlete Turned Mindful Mover

As an athlete, I used to push myself to the edge, often past pain, believing that was the only way to grow. Yoga showed me a different way—to push, but with ease; to find strength through softness.

It has helped me progress not just as an athlete, but as a human being. It brought a sense of balance, compassion, and grounded love into my life—and I love helping others discover that same shift.

Private Yoga & Personal Training

I offer personalized private yoga sessions for adults and children, as well as personal training that focuses on functional movement, mobility, and mindful strength.

Many of my clients enjoy a hybrid approach that blends yoga, mobility, and strength training—building physical resilience while nurturing presence, focus, and calm.
